A 3C career transition from a Conductor of Orchestras, to a Clinician and now a Leadership Consultant. A distinguished career spanning over 20 years in various leadership positions. Developing people through Counselling, Coaching & Mentoring.
He was conferred the Doctor of Professional Studies (Research) by the University of Southern Queensland for his thesis entitled “Multicultural Issues in Counselling in a Singapore Context”.
Dr. Chris has gone on to developed an innovative inventory, W.H.A.T., to measure life values that are of importance when we make decisions regarding Family, Finances, Future & Fitness (4Fs).
Considered a global thought leader in multicultural issues and diversity by industry leaders and peers alike, his published thesis has been widely used by governments, the International Court of Justice, academia, media and business organizations.
